OPENING CEREMONY OF 05 RESIDENTIAL AREA PROJECT IN CAT TIEN TOWN OF NEZ

05 Residential Area Project at Point 3 along the extended Economic Zone Axis Road in Cat Tien Town, Phu Cat District of NEZ was started as a result of the efforts of the Investor (Ngan Tin Group) as well as the synchronous coordination of Binh Dinh Provincial departments and localities of Phu Cat District. Ngan Tin Group committed to invest and set up The Project with the best quality and with high-quality materials using advanced technology to meet the strict standards of EDGE Certification, an international certification for green buildings. The Investor also ensured the construction progress according to the construction plan so that customers would soon be settled down for living and enjoying their lives.

05 Residential Area Project at Point 3 along the extended Economic Zone Axis Road covered an area of 5.81 hectares where was planned to build a residential area of 193 row houses and villas serving the a population of nearly 700 people. According to Ngan Tin Group, all activities and procedures of this Project were carried out transparently, clearly in compliance with Vietnam Law. After finishing and putting in use, the Project would effectively exploit the land fund along the extended Economic Zone Axis Road, synchronously connect infrastructure, landscape architecture with other surrounding areas and neighboring projects in NEZ.

With the speech at the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Dang Vinh Son – Director of BEZA highly appreciated the responsible commitments from the Investor and requested the divisions, offices and units of BEZA to coordinate with Binh Dinh Provincial departments, branches and local authorities of Phu Cat district and Cat Tien town to create the best conditions for the Project to be implemented according to the committed schedule. Mr. Director of BEZA also requested Ngan Tin Group to closely coordinate with Binh Dinh Provincial functional departments to complete the procedures in accordance with regulations, to preferentially employ local labor and to pay attention to supporting social security work in Phu Cat District and Cat Tien Town in order to create a sustainable investment environment with the purpose of taking care of the people's lives for the better. The Director of BEZA emphasized that Binh Dinh Province committed to ensuring a positive investment environment in NEZ in particular and in Binh Dinh province in general so that all investors could equally get benefit.
