PROJECT’S POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT: KURZ IN NEZ

At the meeting, Mr. Orlando Hirt, Managing Director of OVD Kinegram AG, a subsidiary of Kurz Group, introduced OVD Kinegram and the application of Kinegram technology for government-issued identification documents. Kinegram technology was used as an easy authentication device, verifying on passports and identity cards including visa cards, passports of many other countries around the world. OVD Kinegram AG might undertake this project if Kurz Vietnam Factory in Binh Dinh carried out some steps in the security screen production process.

The Kurz Vietnam Factory Project in Binh Dinh, the first FDI Project in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial - Urban and Service Area belonging to Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (NEZ), came into operation in the fourth quarter of 2023. Together with factories in Malaysia and China, all the above factories helped to increase the influence of the Kurz Group in the Asian region, to take solid steps for Kurz to actively participate in the developing this region as well as meeting global market demands with high-quality products designed, developed and manufactured by Kurz.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh, Standing Deputy Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee expressed his joy with the news that in January 2024, Kurz Vietnam Factory in Binh Dinh issued its first order. Regarding the investment expansion orientation of Kurz Vietnam Co., Ltd. in the coming time, the ability to apply artificial intelligence (AI), in printing, improvements in security and anti-counterfeiting, and the development in new fields by Kurz, Mr. Standing Chairman let us know that Binh Dinh Province would always accompany and create the best conditions for The Project to expand and to quickly come into operation.
