Hung Viet Furniture Searching Investment Opportunities in NEZ

On the behalf of Vien Au International Co. Ltd, Mr. Iron Brand introduced the trade and production activities of Hung Viet Furniture to Mr. Permanent Deputy Chairman and wished to invest to NEZ. With more than 20 years of experience in supplying garden furniture, Vien Au International Co. Ltd had 07 manufacturing sites and 30,000 m2 warehouse in The Netherlands. In Vietnam, Vien Au International Co. Ltd had a network with more than 30 factories which created 7,000 jobs for Vietnamese including high-skilled workers and white-collar workers. Since his first time visit to Quy Nhon City in 1993, after nearly 30 years, he was very impressed with the comprehensive development of Quy Nhon and Binh Dinh today. Vien Au International Co. Ltd had built a supply chain with a system of 05 member factories and more than 20 factories as sub-suppliers in Vietnam and some Southeast Asian countries. Particularly in Vietnam, Vien Au International Co. Ltd was the second largest supplier of high-class outdoor wood products exported to the European and American markets. In the context of market expanding, and Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh being the destination of many investors, Vien Au International Co. Ltd wished to invest in a factory to produce more advanced products than the current provincial factories on an area from 05 hectares to 08 hectares.
Also at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh, Permanent Deputy Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee and Director of BEZA expressed his thanks to Mr. Iron Brand, President of Vien Au International Co. Ltd and his retinue who had paid a visit and searched for investment opportunities in NEZ of Binh Dinh Province. Mr. Permanent Deputy Chairman introduced provincial essential infrastructure serving investors such as Phu Cat International Airport, Quy Nhon International Seaport, the scale of 07 provincial industrial parks and NEZ… which was ready for investors from all over the world. Besides, with 03 universities, 15 vocational colleges and centers, Binh Dinh Province could supply high-tech human power source to factories. Particularly for the export wood processing industry, Binh Dinh took the third place in Vietnam (only behind Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province). Therefore, Vien Au International’s investment decision on wood processing production of high class in NEZ was in line with the developing direction of the current furniture market. Binh Dinh Province encouraged Vien Au International Co. Ltd would set up a factory with modern technology to produce high-class products for export, and in the near future, the scale of the project could be expanded to more than ten hectares to create jobs for thousands of local workers. Binh Dinh province is committed to creating all favorable conditions for investors.
